Within the past ten years, I have received honararia/reimbursement for traveling for speaking engagements from AstraZeneca, GlaxoWelcome, Fresenius Kabi, Organon, Aspect and Alaris. I have signed confidentiality agreements with Organon, J&J, Fresenius Kabi and Cardinal Health. I have been paid as a consultant for J&J. Institutional financial support for research, education and training activities (for organising meetings, seminars etc.) has been received by most of the companies selling anesthesia related medical products in Switzerland.
